These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 7senci. 1.4 Intellectual Property
All content on the 7senci platform, including but not limited to the 7senci brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and data, is the intellectual property of 7senci or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version (if provided), the English version shall prevail in all respects.

2. Account Registration
Rules and requirements governing the creation and maintenance of a 7senci player account.
2.1 Eligibility

2.4 Account Security and Password

3.2 Deposit Limits and Processing
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your 7senci wallet within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 business hours to be credited. 7senci does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 7senci accepts no responsibility.
3.3 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed within 15–30 minutes for fully verified accounts using bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business hours. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. 7senci reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be sent to the same payment method used for the original deposit, wherever technically possible, as an anti-money laundering control.
3.4 Refused and Reversed Transactions
7senci reserves the right to refuse, delay, or reverse any deposit or withdrawal where: (a) the transaction appears to be connected with fraudulent, money laundering, or criminal activity; (b) the account holder's identity has not been satisfactorily verified; (c) the transaction would breach applicable laws or regulations; or (d) there is a reasonable suspicion of multi-accounting or bonus abuse. Refused transactions will be returned to the originating payment account minus any fees incurred by 7senci in processing the reversal.
3.5 Currency
All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings on the 7senci platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to represent Taka amounts. 7senci does not support multi-currency accounts. Any conversion from foreign currencies to BDT — if applicable — will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction, and 7senci accepts no liability for exchange rate fluctuations.

4. Bonus Terms

4.2 Wagering Requirements

For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means that bonus funds must be wagered a total of 30 times before a withdrawal of any associated winnings is permitted. 4.5 Promotional Eligibility
Each promotion on 7senci specifies its own eligibility criteria, which may include minimum deposit amount, game restrictions, time limits, and whether the offer is available to new players only or existing players as well. Players who have self-excluded, placed their account in a cooling-off period, or had their account restricted for any reason are not eligible to claim bonuses during that period. 7senci may exclude any player from a specific promotion at its discretion where it has reasonable grounds to do so.

- Attempting to access another player's account without their authorisation

5.3 Reporting Obligations

6. Age Restriction

7. Account Closure & Termination

Where an account is terminated due to a verified policy violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited.
7.4 Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more. 7senci will make reasonable attempts to contact the account holder at their registered email address before applying any dormancy policy. A dormant account administration fee of ৳100 per month may be deducted from any remaining balance after the dormancy period commences, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Balances on genuinely dormant accounts may be handled in accordance with applicable unclaimed funds procedures.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.3 Maximum Liability Cap
Where 7senci is found liable to you for any reason connected with your use of the platform, 7senci's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 7senci account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This cap applies to all claims in aggregate, regardless of the legal basis on which they are made.
8.4 Third-Party Services

8.7 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 7senci, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliated game providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your breach of these Terms & Conditions; (b) your use of the platform in violation of any applicable law; (c) any false or misleading information provided by you during registration or verification; or (d) any fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful conduct on your part.
